Shipping by Vendor
All orders placed on Big City High Life are fulfilled and shipped *directly by the vendorwho listed the product. Each vendor is responsible for:
- Setting their own *shipping rates and methods*
- Choosing their *preferred shipping carriers*
- Defining *processing and handling times*
- Managing *shipping availability(domestic and international)
You can view individual vendor shipping policies by visiting the vendor’s store page or checking their product listings.
Shipping Costs & Timeframes
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on the vendor’s settings and your delivery address.
- Estimated Delivery: Timeframes vary by vendor. Most orders ship within 1–5 business days, but check individual product pages for specific info.
- Combined Orders: If you order from multiple vendors, you’ll receive multiple shipments. Shipping costs will be calculated per vendor.
Domestic & International Shipping
Some vendors offer international shipping, while others may only ship within the U.S. Please review shipping options carefully at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes.
- Not all items are eligible for international delivery — restrictions may apply.
Tracking Your Order
- Vendors will provide tracking information once your item is shipped.
- You’ll receive tracking updates via email or inside your Big City High Life account dashboard.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived:
- Check your order status in your account.
- Contact the vendor directly through their store page or order message thread.
- If the issue isn’t resolved, contact Big City High Life support and we’ll assist with mediation.
Vendor Shipping Policies
Every vendor on Big City High Life has the freedom to manage their own shipping settings. We require that all vendors:
- Clearly post their shipping policies on their store or product listings.
- Ship orders within the timeframe they advertise.
- Provide tracking details whenever possible.
Marketplace Standards
Big City High Life reviews vendor performance regularly and expects all sellers to:
- Communicate clearly with customers.
- Ship in a timely and reliable manner.
- Resolve shipping issues promptly.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict vendors who fail to meet our standards.
